A couple years back, as a diversion from a stressful professional life I decided to get back into the action sports that I loved doing as a kid.  Of course hopping on a bmx bike after 20 years can be a bit of a challenge and heavily fear inducing, but it has been a great time.  Hear are a couple videos from my first season back on a bmx bike

this was shot at the Garden pump track near my house, before it was officially called "the garden."  If you haven't been yet, and enjoy this type of thing you should definitely check it out.  The guys at CAMBR have done a fantastic job elevating the quality of these trails, the big jumps are gnarly! and the pump track is a great place for me to practice off the race track.

Here is on of my moto's from my second bmx race at the hill bmx track in Elgin, IL. This video was shot with a fellow racer's helmet cam, unfortunately one of the other riders crashed right in front of me in the first berm and was hurt very badly.  Nearly broke his neck, with a full ambulance emergency, luckily he only herniated discs and from what I hear made it back on the bike the following season.
